KYORIN Co., Ltd. announces that a meeting of its Board of Directors held on April 3, 2009 informally resolved to make the change of the Company's Representative Director and President.
The change will be made pending a resolution of the ordinary general shareholders meeting of the Company scheduled in June 2009 and a subsequent meeting of the Board of Directors.
